Common questions

How do I find my bracelet size?

Simply measure the width of your wrist with a tape measure or ruler. Find your size in centremetres and add on half a centremetre for comfort. Select either Small, Medium or Large at checkout depending on which one matches your wrist best!

Can I wear my Eyora cuff in the ocean or a swimming pool?

Absolutely! Your cuff is water, sweat and ocean resistant meaning it will maintain its shine through life's adventures.

Can I workout with it?

Yes, it is possible to wear your Eyora cuff during your workouts with no need to worry about green skin, however we recommend that you avoid direct contact with equipment as this can cause scratches and potential damage to your bracelet. We suggest you remove it before exercise to prevent this from happening so your cuff remaines shining for years to come.

How can I care for my bracelet?

Whilst your Eyora cuff is built to endure the toughest conditions, occasional care will keep your sterling silver piece looking in top condition, it's recommended that you give it an occasional clean with a soft microfibre cloth to maintain its shine. View our full Care Guide for more tips.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Yes, at Eyora, we make it our top priority to ensure the whole crafting and packing process is 100% sustainable. Using minimal and eco-friendly packaging. 

What is the bracelet made out of?

Our cuff bracelets are made with high-quality recycled sterling silver. Sterling silver is a natural resource and a popular material for jewellery due to its durability and shine.. It's a high-quality alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, typically copper, to enhance its strength and resistance to tarnishing. We use only the finest sterling silver to create our unique designs and ensure that you receive jewellery that is not only stylish but also long-lasting.

 

How long will it take to receive my bracelet?

Each bracelet is handcrafted and engraved with care. Please allow up to 7 days for production before shipping. Once shipped, delivery will take 2-4 business days.

Will the engraving fade over time?

We use a deep, high-quality engraving process on sterling silver, ensuring it remains clear and defined for years to come. With proper care, your cuff bracelet will maintain its distinct design, becoming even more unique as it naturally develops a subtle patina.

Are your cuffs adjustable?

Yes! Our cuffs are slightly adjustable for a comfortable fit. However, we recommend handling them gently to maintain their shape.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead with your chosen value.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free for all orders placed within the UK!

What if I'm travelling - can you ship to my next destination?

Yes, if you are travelling within the UK, you can recieve your Eyora cuff to any location. Just make sure that you allow enough time when you are there to recieve your bracelet.

Do you ship internationally?

At this current time, we only ship our orders within the UK, however, this doesn't mean to say that this will always be the case. Keep your eyes peeled for any changes we may make in the future!

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges and personally engraved pieces are non-refundable, however if you need any alterations, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Please note, we cannot make any changes to the sizing of your cuff. Please ensure that the size will be correct for you before purchasing. We also cannot erase any engravings on your bracelet. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us via contact.eyora@gmail.com with any reasoning/questions and/or photos youd like to include. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty or you are for any reason unsatisfied with your cuff, please take photos of the bracelet and email us via contact.eyora@gmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
